Privacy Policy
This policy covers the Ink Swap game and website operated by Lunexa Labs OPC Private Limited. Contact support@inkswap.app with privacy questions or requests.
Game data on your device
Ink Swap saves puzzle progress, awards, preferences, and purchase-related state on your device so you can resume playing. Core puzzles work offline. Ink Swap has no game account or cloud save. Optional puzzle reminders are scheduled on the device and depend on your notification permission. You can turn them off in the game or your device settings.
In the game, open Settings, choose Privacy, and tap Reset Progress to clear puzzle history while keeping preferences and purchase entitlements. To remove all local game data, delete the app and its data from your device. The app keeps local data until you reset or remove it, subject to your device’s backup settings.
App stores, purchases and advertising
The initial release has ads and in-app checkout disabled. Your app store handles your store account and installation under its own privacy policy. If purchases become available, the store will process payments, and Ink Swap will use store transaction information to verify and fulfill purchases. The game and website do not ask for payment-card details.
If a future build enables advertising or sends purchase verification information to a developer service, this policy will be updated to describe the data involved, its use and sharing, and the choices available before that build is distributed.
Website hosting
The website uses Firebase Hosting to serve its pages. Google processes incoming IP addresses for abuse detection and usage analysis and says it retains this IP data for a few months. The website does not use analytics tags, advertising pixels, signup forms, or advertising cookies. See Firebase’s privacy information.
Support email and your choices
If you contact support, we use your email address, message and any details you choose to provide to answer your request. Email providers process the correspondence to deliver and store it. Please keep passwords, payment-card details and other sensitive information out of support messages.
Support correspondence may be kept to resolve requests, follow up on issues and meet legal obligations. Email us to request access, correction or deletion of information we hold about you. We may ask for enough information to verify the request and may retain records where required by law. Contact the relevant app store for requests about its account or payment records.
Ink Swap has no in-game account registration or public chat. A parent or guardian can contact us about any information a child may have sent to support.
